My name is Teddy Garlock, I am a hobbyist explorer living in a van bouncing between Rochester NY and Fort White FL. I like to think my hygiene is a bit better than the definition, and I’ve managed to hold down full time employment since the age of 18. However, I do fancy myself a bit of a dirtbag, in a good way! I have dabbled in a lot of various adventures, I hope you enjoy reading about them!

I saw your website on your r/caving post and was pretty excited to see a “dirtbag diver”. I had convinced myself dirtbag divers don’t exist – I started diving after years of being a climber, where living in a car/van is the norm. Loved reading about your well-documented adventures!
Thanks Katie!! We do exist 🙂 Thank you for the kind words.
Nice trip logs Teddy! Fun reading them.
